Canary with Red Bottom

I need advice on a female canary that has a red swollen bottom (ass). She is active and eats great!. Chirps and comes to visit me all the time.

What can cause a red bottom? I treated her for mites twice and it has not gone away. What is it and how do I treat it? She is not interested in breeding either.

We live in the country and there is not a bird vet anywhere. Vets around here do farm animals only.
Please help!

If a person wants to be a good human being and the society respects him, then he must be educated person.

An educated person has lot of respect in the society because the society always gives respect to educated person.
