Well, coughing or sneezing is definitely a sign of air sac mites but also of respiratory infections of bacteria or fungus. It's difficult to know exactly what's causing the coughing.

I would treat with Scatt or other mite treatment.

If it doesn't clear up after 2 treatments I would go ahead and try an antibiotic
followed up with probiotics.
